Since our inception we have been involved in the procurement and supply of a wide spectrum of quality agricultural products. We are specialist in the procurement and supply of Fresh Fruits, Vegetables, Leafy Vegetables, Sri Lankan Sweets & Kovil Items.

Chairman and Managing Director

Mr. Jayantha Alwis is the Chairman and Managing Director of Alwis – Agro Exports (Pvt) Ltd. Since he has worked to OMICS International having an outstanding vision with customers, partners, shareholders, and investors. Also where he held a variety of management, operations, sales, and marketing roles, ultimately serving as the company’s chairman and leading a successful effort to streamline operations, strengthen the product line, and drive growth.

What we do

“Supplying World with Quality Agricultural Products”
ALWIS Agro Exports (Pvt) Ltd draws on its industry know-how, its own production facilities, contract packing stations and its logistics platform to develop a global and bespoke service.


All our supplier farms and processing facilities are ensured to be safe and excellent on hygiene. The agro products delivered by us are part of reliable and methodical production schedules. Production and packaging sites are regularly audited by us & Department of Agriculture.

All our staff members are well experienced and fully qualified on the job. In addition, the supervisors of the farms are trained by Department of Agriculture – Sri Lanka.


We are aware of human and environmental concerns and is committed to a responsible approach with a focus on respecting natural habitats. The cultivation process is sustainable and product storage and transportation processes are optimized to significantly reduce the impact of post-harvest processes on the environment.
